Comrade Sanders Is a Joke

Comrade Sanders Is a Joke

“Socialism is a philosophy of failure, the creed of ignorance, and the gospel of envy, its inherent virtue is the equal sharing of misery.”
Winston Churchill

My best regards comrade Sanders! I guess these days he must be daydreaming about finally joining the upper ranks of fellow communist great men like Marx, Engels, Lenin, Stalin or Mao, the thing is that Bernie is not so much into becoming one of those old communist ideologues, neither is he into the cult of personality thing, of course, he really hasn't a big personality, So what about the socialist revolution Bernie is talking about? He is not Tito, nor Trotsky, he looks more like those old grey communist guys from eastern Europe in the ages of the Iron Curtain, closer to Kruschev, Ceasescu, Hoxha, Brezhnev, Andropov, Ulbricht type of supervillain from a James Bond movie, but no, in fact Bernie doesn't looks so menacing, he is just a grumpy old man, even not as contemporary as Gennady Zyuganov, the current leader of Russia's Communist Party, perhaps more closer to really spooky angry old Russian bureaucrats like Gennady Yanayev, the guy who apparently plotted the August coup against Gorbachev in 1991, or today's soviet antique Vladimir Zhirinovsky.

I'm still trying to figure out why is it that millennials have become infatuated by Sanders, a humorless guy pretending to be socialist and looking even more outdated than Gorby or Yeltsin at their prime? I bet you that Russia's leader Vladimir Putin laugh his ass off when thinking about Sanders' socialist thing, of course against the real thing, Bernie is a bad joke, How is it that millennials expect their grandpa change the USA? It's just the extensive usage of the word "socialism" that get millennials excited, the confusing thing is that when millennials and Sanders think about socialism, they think about Denmark????? Not France, whose president Francois Hollande is a socialist, but Denmark, a European mixed economy with a freer economy even than the USA!!!!

You can tell me about left wing guys like the Spanish "neo chavista" leader of Podemos, Pablo Iglesias, or Greece's "radical left wing" Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras, and his ex-partner in crime, Yanis Varoufakis, a self-declared Marxist, or perhaps left wing's poster wonder boy Thomas Pikkety, but, Come On! What is Bernie Sanders about? Sanders like many other disoriented souls grew up idolizing Stalin, Che Guevara, Fidel Castro and Daniel Ortega, Bernie traveled to the USSR and supported the revolution of Ortega in Nicaragua, he was in love with the "romantically idealistic revolution" in Latin America, that funny and twisted thing that ended the dictatorships of Fulgencio Batista in Cuba and Anastacio Somoza in Nicaragua and brought us two new dictators, Fidel Castro and Ortega, Good work guys!

So I think that when Sanders talks about socialism, he must not really knows what he is talking about, even the prime minister of Denmark felt offended when Sanders called his country an example in "socialism", but when millennials heard about a paradise where minimum wage is increased by decree, where the economy is planned and capitalism is equal to the devil, they dreamed of Denmark, when they should have thought about Venezuela and the Socialismo del Siglo XXI, if only millennials knew about history...Sanders arrival is the next step in an ingoing experiment, if Obama tried to dissimulate when he was called “socialist”, Sanders enjoyed been called that way, he might scare some people while exciting the mind of others, the truth is that he is a part of the big political lab going on around the world these days, but a revolutionary, I think he is not.
