Turkey Terror

And now terrorism appears on n Turkish soil again, apparently the Islamic State, but I'm a little bit skeptical here, it looks as if someone wants to start adding more tension again to the refugee crisis and to the European Union, is Turkish Prime Minister looking to open the gates and let the crisis rage on again?
