China's newest devaluation of the Yuan is a sign of desperation, as the amazing economical growth of the Asian giant is showing some weakness, the Chinese are about to prove that their arrival as one of the world two top powers is no accident, but a result of strategy, I hope this return to the battle of the lowest bidder doesn't end up giving developing countries a really bad time.
