It takes a Dictator

It's highly ironic that in places like Iraq and Libya, where dictators were dethroned, are the places where the so called Islamic State has shown more strength, and that precisely two dictators, Bashar Al Assad in Syria and Recep Tayyip Erdogan in Turkey are the ones containing IS advance...Are we in need or more dictators?
