The return of the bad negotiator

So Tsipras is back as Prime Minister of Greece, the populist who promised to end austerity and ended up accepting the worst austerity conditions of Greece's history, are the Greeks thinking that this time he will really keep his words? This time I guess the authoritarian in him will come out or something worst.
