Young Blood

Am I wrong if I claim that Europe needs desperately new blood? A welfare state can't work with population aging quickly and migrants may be be solution to this problem, it can help countries like Spain, Portugal and Greece to overcome even greater crises to come, a situation that is even beginning to happen in Asian countries like Japan or South Korea, the world is aging fast.
