QAnon and An Overflowing Imagination

The world of conspiracies is vast and wide, almost everything that happens can be subject to thousands of explanations, those who have seen Rashamon by the tremendous Japanese director Akira Kurosawa will understand how we can go creating new versions of the same fact, and going even more if we apply some imagination and suspicion (We are Suspicious Minds said Elvis…), the philosopher Jacques Derrida would say: "The relevance of the lie is never its content, but the intentionality of who is lying", even Derrida goes to the jugular against the translations adding that: "Translation is a productive writing, inspired by the original text ", if we wanted to avoid these inexorably personal interpretations, we would have to adhere to another maxim of Derrida: "There is nothing outside the text".

"QAnon" is the latest conspiracy hanging around Donald Trump and the so-called "Alt Right" in the US, "A conspiracy to dominate the rest of the conspiracies", the alleged leak of information through these controversial, anarchic and imaginative portals as 4chan or 8chan, allegedly made by a high government official, released in the form of "crumbs of bread" and made available to the public "bakers" for their assembly in the form of more or less coherent theories, to these publications, some of them they in keys totally open to interpretation are added videos and the most recent provocation, shirts with the image of "Q" appearing in the meetings of Donald Trump, dungeons and dragons fantasy coming at you.

The conspiracy takes up those old and obsolete themes of "Pizzagate" and pedophilia, it would seem that "pedophilia" has become the new Satanism / communism and is widely used to seek to incriminate characters in order to gain an advantage over them and turning them into monsters before public opinion, the conspiracy theory of "QAnon" points out in a somewhat comical turn that the supposed rivalry between Trump and his prosecutor Robert Mueller, concerned in the investigation of the second on the involvement of Russia in the elections that led to the victory of the first, is only a "smoke screen" to hide the teamwork of both with the supposed purpose of discovering and nullifying a network of pedophiles in the US that include characters such as Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, the actor Tom Hanks and the Mexican cement company Cemex, yes, Cemex!

Under the premise of "QAnon", Trump and Mueller (as a team) will catch all these "offenders" and take them to the Guantanamo prison, defeating the so-called "Deep State" and propitiating the final triumph of the US Army (which supports 100% to Trump, supposedly) against all these state criminals, whose base is precisely one the facilities of the Mexican-transnational cement plant as operations center, sounds amazing? Of course, A "devious attack" against the increasingly defenseless Democratic Party whose liberalism has become a quasi-failed doctrine due to its excessive interest in issues of gender and identity? Possibly, Mark Lilla has already stated on several occasions the errors that have led the Democrat to his election debacle, taking a bit of Derrida's words, it would be interesting to know who benefits from the Democratic debacle and possibly there we have the answer of where come these "ideas" or rumors, the creation of a mythology around Trump that places him on an almost heroic being fighting against forces almost from beyond.

Only a very deranged mind could pay so much attention to the making of such a fantastic story, a possible desire to rebuild Trump's image and to reposition him beyond government and economic circles, a sort of smokescreen to hide inflation and a growing level of unemployment, a country that is divided, a Democratic Party incapable of reinventing itself and an obvious Russian intervention in the electoral processes in the US that seems to be someone's interest to deny them.

"QAnon" becomes again one of those conspiracy theories that seem to materialize in the popular consciousness and that could surpass almost any Hollywood movie script, even those starring Tom Hanks ¿Cemex? What a way to intrude one of the most successful Mexican companies worldwide, the result of globalization, you can consider the same protectionism behind Trump as one of the drivers of this imaginative theory, interesting yes, but not feasible. What are David Icke or Alan Moore doing these days?
