Caprine Dispersion

The elected president Andrés López has not yet received his certificate as president of the Mexican Republic, while some will think it is part of a "plot" against López from the outgoing government, it should be noted that, it has not yet resulted because of 14 challenges to the processes, and 13 of them come precisely from the PES (Social Encounter Party) that participated in collation to the party of Andrés López, given that individually, the PES did not reach the minimum number of votes required to keep its register, it is almost a fact that this will lose its registration, so if it was on the PES, the elections should be canceled, it seems difficult that the party could be rescued, as at the time the Labor Party was rescued by the PRI, without registration and with representatives in the cameras , it seems unpredictable the actions that this far right party could carry out, in some places, the PES has already manifested its separation from the collation and its desire to return with its former ally, the PRI, what could be a "lifeline" for the outgoing official party and a strategy of positioning in the chambers successful for a party rejected by a large part of the population, in a few months we will see if the PES does not "rebel" against those who brought them to power and then left them to their own luck.

In the newspaper Proceso, the "independent" governor of the State of Nuevo León Jaime Rodríguez, alias El Bronco described as "a stupidity" the proposed placement of delegates by President-elect Andrés López, Rodríguez was one of the first to make opposing statements to this proposal not only expressing its opposition, but denouncing the proposal as a control strategy that subtracts power from state governments, increasing bureaucracy and contradicting the vote of the society that did not favor Lopez's party in elections for state government, Could it be that on this occasion we could see the governor doing true honor to his nickname by rebelling against the imposition of the delegate or viceroy that Lopez intends to impose? Will "Bronco" finally come to Rodriguez? Will Jaime use the power granted by the popular vote to him as a weapon to defend federalism?

In the State of Jalisco, the elected governor Enrique Alfaro has not only broken with the Movimiento Ciudadano party that brought him to power, he has also publicly announced his rejection of Lopez's proposal, stating that the only authority in the state will be him and that will not allow the existence of a delegate of the Morena party as a link with the federal government, possibly in the declaration of respect, stronger than a governor has done, Alfaro is right to say that the popular vote favored him and not the candidate of Morena, Carlos Lomelí, whom the elected federal government intends to impose as a delegate of the state, Alfaro has initiated a series of interesting changes, distancing himself from the "partidocracia" and seeking a real independence of the factical powers, his work in Guadalajara has awakened sympathies and begins to show congruence with the signals that name it as one of the strong cards for the presidential elections of the 2024, with a moderate posture.

The rejection of the designation of Manuel Bartlett as Secretary of the Federal Electricity Commission did not wait, members and supporters of the party Morena did not wait to express their disagreement and disappointment, and it is not for less, to bring back an "old dinosaur "of politics is not an action consistent with the supposed" change "of directions used by Andrés López as the banner of his campaign, in something that seems more like a return to the “old PRI”, hegemonic, statist and authoritarian of the 70s, without doubt already beginning to generate cracks not only within the party itself, but the future government to take office, in addition to the obvious disappointment of many of its supporters who hoped to "bury" the PRI definitively.

The new centralism that attempts against federalism and that is intended to impose will not only have its acid test in the resistance to be presented in the states and by the governors, also the unilateral decisions taken within the elected government will open irreconcilable cracks, since Moisés Naim said it, nowadays the power has become easy to obtain, and easy to lose ...
